The 27^th lively hood school of state institute capacity building was inaugurated at tintek under tumin lingee constituency today. area mla cum state government chief whip inaugurating the institute announced the  capacity building mission started by Sikkim governments  a historical mission in the country .other state are also trying to start such type of institute  by seeing the Sikkim. The ruling party president and chief minister dream is to make the Sikkim 100%unemployed state and for which such type of schemes is started in the Sikkim .he appealed all the teenagers and young generations to avail the benefit of the scheme.mr s d dhakal chief administrator of SICB addressing specially stressed upon the work done in few month in the favour of the Sikkim youth.315 trainees has directly taken the benefit from the training institute. Only just on 27^th June the 17 trainees have directly recruited to the reputed private school at Ujjain is a historical matter. The programme was specially attended by Mr. bimal dawadi east district Panchayat president,mr norzang lepcha ex mla ,local Panchayat members and residents of the area. The institute opened in the field of animal husbandry and veterinary service shall be give training to the fifty persons of the area.
