SIKKIM GOVERMENT IS TAKING THE LAND BY PRESSURE

After the one year also the land acquired for the power grid corporation of India by the state government at samardung south Sikkim the land owners has not received the compensation amount. according to the news the Sikkim government has taken the land of samardung south Sikkim at just rs 127/-per square feet when the market value of that land was more then 800/-rs per square feet .an year ago after pressurise from the government side the land owners was compelled to give the land to the government but from 12 months the owners has visited many time to namchi district court believing that the amount shall receive but nothing received and was treated like a bagger. In other side in same place some industrial companies has taken the land on lease and they were provide the payment at the rate of 160/-rs per square feet and in the same area the government has acquire the land at the rate of just 127/-rs per square feet .the land owners is totally unsatisfied with the such type of work and policy of government.regurding the matter it is also listened that power grid office has given the land compensation at the rate of 167/-rs per square feet .if this is right where the forty rs per square feet amount is gone? it must be clearify.regurding all matters the land victims has make preparation to meet with the chief minister dr pawan chamling as soon as possible.
