Except Rangpo the customer of rongli,Majhitar,Singtam ,Gangtok is too much harassed by this broadband connection of bsnl.everymonth more than a week the broadband is out of network causes disturbed in the banking,PRS counter and industrial sector works. Some kalimpong subscriber also phoned this correspondent regarding the poor connectivity of broadband. In this 3g time the public is in 1st generation technology is shameful for these types of telecom sector companies.
