STATE GREE MISSION -2011 LAUNCHED AT RATEYPANI NAMTHANG CONSTITUENCY IN SOUTH SIKKIM

Month long green mission programme-2011 was launched at rateypani namthang constituency under south Sikkim. The mission organised by south territorial division of forest department was started from today and shall end on 15th july.during the inauguration session today Mr. Mohan Singh tamang Panchayat secretary of manadanda GPU was present as a chief guest .Mr. p p silwal ACF of forest department of namthang BAC,mr B S Tamang range officer (T).MR B K Sharma and Mr. choden lepcha block officer, members of JFMC along with the delegates from himali club nagi,sanskar club deorali phongla,,moonlight from suminkhore farmers club and adarsh club was specially present during the inauguration ceremony. According to Mr. B S Tamang RO (T) this time the sapling of flowers and forest fruits shall be specially categorised for the plantation.upto

15th July this mission shall reach and complete whole constituency. He appealed all the ngo,clubs and the school going student of the area to participate in this mission to make the mission a grand success. Today also during inauguration the sapling of flowers was planted in the area.
