WORLD ENVIROMENT DAY OBSERVED AT INDUSTRIAL BELT OF RANGPO SIKKIM

On this occasion no. of environmental protection contests like poster drawing competition at Govt Primary School, Kumrek, Govt Junior High School, Chanatar, Rangpo. Quiz and poster drawing competition was also organized at the Factory at Residential Complex, Mamring followed by plantation at our Factory premises by our employees. Dr Gopal Pradhan, chief scientist, Pollution Control Board, Govt of Sikkim embraced the occasion as the chief Guest. Dr. Pradhan in his speech explained the environmental regulations with some valuable guidelines to conserve water and reduce pollutions. The winners of the competition was awarded by the Chief Guest, Dr Gopal Pradhan.in other side goldan cross rorathang has also organised an such type of programme at the company complex and several school.the sit and drawing competition was organised at rorathang school and rhenock school .the best painting was awarded with special gift hamper like books and other important valuable items from the company. the plantation drive was also organised by the company.
